Group Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bootcamp, Outdoor Fitness, Mums Fitness, Mum Bootcamps – at the end of the day its all about getting together in a group and working towards a common goal. A fitter stronger, healthier and happier YOU!

Our group personal training classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people per session. This enables me to focus on each member of the group. There is no where or no way to hide. Limiting our classes to this size allows every client to get the most out of each session we have. Whether it be a high intensity boxing class, circuit training, strength training, a soft sand beach session, running stairs, cardio blaster session, a spin bike workout or a combination of all of these.  You will walk away from the session feeling like you have worked the hardest you have in your life and very satisfied with the effort you have put in.
