One on One Personal Training is for those who want the singular focus of the trainer to athlete without any distractions. Personally Trained’s one on one personal training programs are designed to give you a truly unique training experience that delivers results.

Our one on one personal training programs are second to none. We take time to get to know our clients and understand their story. We find out what has brought them to this point in their life and what they are looking to achieve from one to one personal training. Goals range from weight loss, muscle-building, becoming active again after a prolonged amount of time being inactive, rebuilding a body after a baby, getting fit for an event or under doctors orders to get healthy.

 

One to One Fitness

Once we begin your journey together we will look at all the key areas of your life and how these are impacting on your health and fitness. We will assist you to:

  • set goals and work towards them
  • overcome hurdles and set backs
  • celebrate your successes
  • and above all be beside you every step of the way.

As personal trainers we believe the additional focus of one on one personal training is key to achieving your goals. Having someone walk alongside you whilst you are on this journey will ensure you meet your goals and not only reach them but you will smash them.
