One on One Personal Training

Our one on one personal training programs are available to everybody. Regardless of age, sex, weight, fitness level etc. The one on one program is designed for those wanting the singular focus from me to help you transform your body and mind into the healthiest and happiest it ever has been. Our sessions can be once, twice, three times a week. Depending upon your budget and circumstance, I can tailor a solution to suit you.

For a casual one on one session the cost is $90 per hour.

PAYMENTS: All payments for the One on One Personal Training are to be made weekly via direct debit. Please understand that partaking in One on One Training will commit you to 12 weeks minimum of training. This is to ensure all clients are giving this there all, and not wasting time and achieve their desired results.

Costs of each session are dependent upon the number of sessions committed to each week:

1 session per week $90 paid via direct debit

2 sessions per week $85 paid via direct debit

3+ sessions per week $80 paid via direct debit

I suggest to my clients if you are serious about your health and fitness journey, the minimum you want to be training is at least twice a week. Whilst I do realise and understand that everyone lives very busy lives, if you are looking to achieve the results you desire you must make this program a priority.

Group Personal Training

As with our one to one personal training programs, our group personal training is open to everyone. I tend to find groups of friends joining these programs as well as complete strangers. The one thing I can tell you is you will make a lot of friends from this type of training. Our groups are full of like-minded people just like you who are looking to get fit and healthy. I limit our group personal training to a maximum of eight (8) people. I do this for a couple of reasons. Firstly to ensure every client is getting enough time and attention from me as your trainer, secondly to make everyone in the group accountable. There is nowhere to hide and there is no “getting out” of any of the exercises for the normal excuses that crop up. Why else do you come and join a group personal training class but to get fit.

For a casual group personal training session the cost is $30 per person per hour.

If you wish to commit to a program with a specific goal in mind, I suggest that my clients train up to three sessions . This style of solution provides incentive for you as a client to attend every session as you have specific goals in mind and it creates a healthy habit to keep you in a healthy lifestyle

Kids Personal Training

As with our group personal training programs, our kids personal training is open to everyone.  The one thing I can tell you is that your child will love every minute of training, even the harder exercises as I pride myself on making my kids programs, fun, challenging, rewarding but above all its about setting the corner-stone for your child to have a healthy outlook on life and being active.  Whether your child is training on their own or in a group, they will leave the session exhausted but feeling great. I can cater for all levels of athletic ability and we can work on specific areas that need attention such as cardiovascular fitness, balance, agility, core strength, speed, co-ordination, self-confidence and discipline.

For a casual kids group personal training session the cost is $30 per person per hour.

PAYMENTS: All payments for the Kids Group Personal Training are to be made weekly via direct debit. Please understand that partaking in Kids Personal Training will commit your to 10/11 weeks minimum of training (run during school terms). This is to ensure all kids are giving this there all, and not wasting time and achieve their desired results.

Costs of each session are dependent upon the number of sessions committed to each week:

  • 1 session per week $25 paid via direct debit
  • 2 sessions per week $20 paid via direct debit
  • 3+ sessions per week $15 paid via direct debit

If your child would prefer the singular focus of one on one personal training the cost of these sessions are dependent upon the number of sessions your child will commit to each week:

  • 1 session per week $60 paid via direct debit
  • 2 sessions per week $55 paid via direct debit
  • 3+ sessions per week $50 paid via direct debit

Cancellation Policy

Whilst I endeavour to work around all my clients busy schedules and lifestyles, from time to time sessions get overlooked or emergencies occur. These things are unavoidable.

If you are unable to make a session, it is your responsibility as my client to notify me as soon as possible that you are unable to make an agreed session, if you do not the session will be forfeited and/or your regular fee will be charged.

If you are able to give more than 24 hours notice the session can be rescheduled to another time agreed upon between myself and my client. If it is less than 24 hours the fee will be charged and/or session will be forfeited.

With regards to the direct debit facility a minimum of two weeks notice is required to cancel the payments.
